Who we are

Bytecode d.o.o. ("Bytecode", "we", "us") operates the website bytecode.hr. We are a software consultancy registered in Croatia.

What data we collect

We collect minimal data necessary to operate our website and communicate with you:

  • Contact and qualification submissions: name, work email, company, engagement type, rough budget, and the technical or product details you choose to provide.
  • Website requests: hosting infrastructure may process IP addresses, timestamps, browser information, and requested URLs for delivery, reliability, and security.

  • To respond to your inquiries
  • To improve our website and services
  • To protect against abuse and security threats

Data sharing

We do not sell or rent your personal data. Contact-form submissions are processed by Formspree, Google reCAPTCHA helps protect the form from abuse, and Koalendar provides the optional external booking page. These providers process data under their own terms and privacy notices. Hosting and email providers may also process the minimum data needed to operate the website and respond to you.

Cookies

We do not currently configure first-party analytics cookies or advertising cookies. Google reCAPTCHA is loaded on the contact form and may use cookies or similar technologies under Google's terms. Koalendar is an external booking page and may use its own cookies after you choose to follow that link. See our Cookie Policy for details.

Under GDPR, you have the right to:

Data retention

Contact form data is retained only as long as needed to respond, manage a resulting business relationship, meet legal obligations, or resolve disputes. You may request deletion of your data, subject to applicable legal retention requirements.
